How to work with us
CONTACT
Initiate collaboration by completing the inquiry form by following this LINK. The questionnaire is used to understand your needs, enabling us to provide prompt information on aspects such as pricing, delivery timelines, project initiation, quantities, and more. Our representatives are available to answer questions, discuss your specific requirements, and offer tailored advice based on your input.
CONSULTATION & DESIGN
After the initial contact, we provide consultation to discuss the details of a potential project. Whether it involves a special product line or adaptations of existing models, we work on sketches/designs, prototypes, raw material procurement, cost estimates, and other actions leading to a finalized solution we can suggest.
PROTOTYPING
For new products not currently in our range, we always create a prototype to give you a real insight into the final product. This step allows joint testing, adaptation to your specific needs, and determination of the final product's cost.
We will explain the collaboration process in a few simple steps:

and then what?
LABORATORY ANALYSES
Some raw materials undergo quality and technical property laboratory testing. Clients can receive proof of this and use it for their own needs. Additionally, we offer final product testing services in accredited laboratories if the client requires it. It's important to note that the client bears the cost of final product testing.
PRODUCTION
After prototype confirmation, pricing, and agreed-upon quantities, we proceed to production and negotiate delivery timelines. These depend on two factors: available production capacities at our factory and raw material availability in stock. Delivery timelines may vary but generally range from one to three months from the signing of the project contract.
MARKING, PRODUCT-FINISHING, AND PACKAGING
Tender projects often have specific requirements for finishing, product marking (hangtags and sewn labels), and packaging. If the ordered products require special attention in finishing, marking, or packaging, it's crucial to highlight this during the contract signing.
